I started FixYours to fix a problem I kept seeing in local businesses: good businesses losing leads to slow follow-up, disconnected tools and marketing that stopped at “launch the ad” instead of going all the way through to a booked customer. I work directly with every business we take on — strategy, build and ongoing management — using AI and automation to do it properly without needing a large agency team.
FixYours started as a solar lead-generation business in Sydney, building ad campaigns and follow-up systems for solar companies. That work is still one of our strongest niches — but the same underlying system (advertising, CRM, automation and content, connected properly) turned out to work well beyond solar. That’s why FixYours now works across marketing, automation and content more broadly, while keeping solar — and real estate — as dedicated specialisms.
